Cohort Builder

- Cohort builder is for building cohorts with clinical data.
- We are using an open source tool called leaf. When you click the ‘Go to Cohort Builder’ button, it will redirect you to an external link where you can use the Cohort builder.
- You can see existing cohorts in the find patient tab and see the patient list in the patient tab
- Keep in mind that you cannot directly go to the Cohort builder link if you are not loggedIn into Century Health Dashboard.
